at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.

To secure every hair appointment, all clients are required to either pay a deposit or to confirm with their card details via Fresha, our booking system.
We understand that schedules may need to be adjusted, therefore we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.
"I paid a deposit, what happens now?"
If the cancellation is made under 24 hours notice and a deposit has been made, you will unfortunately forfeit that deposit.
"I confirmed with my card details, what happens now?"
If you confirmed with your card via Fresha, we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for late cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time, or 100% fee for not showing up.
